Our signature offering is our small group LIFT classes. These classes focus on building strength and confidence through low impact weight lifting. We cap our classes at 10 people, allowing space for our certified trainers to offer personal modifications for each client, whether they need to lighten their load or stretch their comfort zone.
During each class you can expect:
*A form-focused, circuit-based, full body workout
*A wide variety of resistance equipment
And most importantly…
*A welcoming and supportive community and environment to help you reach your fitness goals!

Need something a little different than our signature class? Short on time? Ready to progress your heavy lifts? We’ve got you covered!
This 30 min class is also on a timed circuit, but with a higher intensity approach! Each day focuses on a different area – upper, lower or cardio/core – which allows you to come on back-to-back days without burning out the same muscle groups. Perfect for those on a tight schedule!
This class is for our more advanced lifters, but don’t let the title scare you! There’s no minimum weight requirement to join, so long as you are comfortable with your bench press, back squat and deadlift form, come give it a try! No timers here, just heavy weights, low reps and big fun!
Do you have a tween/teen who is interested in strength training? Bring them along! In this class our moms will work through our classic LIFT rotation while the ‘cubs’ learn some lifting basics, explore new equipment and burn off some energy. A great bonding opportunity for everyone!

Lioness Online offers our clients the flexibility to workout whenever and wherever your schedule allows. Our library of almost 300 videos follows a similar format to our in person classes with one key difference – your equipment can fit in a suitcase!
Whether you choose to use resistance bands or dumbbells, we will provide you with videos to help you reach your goals.
