How Can We Help?
Our signature offering is our small group LIFT classes. These classes focus on building strength and confidence through low impact weight lifting. We cap our classes at 10 people, allowing space for our certified trainers to offer personal modifications for each client, whether they need to lighten their load or stretch their comfort zone.
During each class you can expect:
*A form-focused, circuit-based, full body workout
*A wide variety of resistance equipment
And most importantly…
*A welcoming and supportive community and environment to help you reach your fitness goals!

In our ever changing world, we felt it was essential to offer the same kind of support and strength building skills from the comfort of your own home.
Lioness Online offers our clients the flexibility to workout whenever and wherever your schedule allows. Our library of almost 300 videos follows a similar format to our in person classes with one key difference – your equipment can fit in a suitcase!
Whether you choose to use resistance bands or dumbbells, we will provide you with weekly videos and zoom classes to help you reach your goals.
