Lioness Fitness is a woman owned and operated gym out of Verona, WI. Our mission is to empower women through strength training to help them build confidence both in and outside the gym. We pride ourselves on providing a safe space where women can listen to their bodies in order to get the best workout possible, without the pressure of competition.
At Lioness all bodies and experience levels are welcome and celebrated! In each class clients will get a full body workout, focused on basic movement patterns, through low impact exercises. Our professional trainers will provide coaching and modifications to support our clients wherever they are along their strength training journey, making sure to keep them safe as well as challenged.
For those looking for more flexibility or specialized programming, we do offer 1:1 or buddy training.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive group fitness instructor to lead our small group LIFT classes. Trainers design and execute their own workouts, but with plenty of training and support along the way. We are looking for a trainer who would be available to start working with us this fall, 2-3 classes a week. Exact class schedule is flexible but will include at least 1 Sunday every 3 weeks. These dates will be planned on a month-to-month basis in coordination with each trainer’s personal schedule.
